Pregnant women are recommended to be on complete bed rest in cases of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. This will relax the muscles of the uterus, fallopian tubes and vagina, thereby reducing the strain on these organs caused by the implantation of the fetus in the uterus.

Aspirin is a drug that increases the amount of vaginal bleeding in pregnant women. Hence, you must not consume aspirin, unless recommended by a doctor. Also, you must consult a doctor in order to diagnose the exact cause of vaginal bleeding and then take the necessary measures to alleviate the problem. You must provide the doctor with your complete medical history including the incidences of previous illness and genetic disorders, if any, so that the doctor can diagnose the cause of vaginal bleeding and thereby cure it effectively.
