...nausea, frequent urination, headache, back pain, extreme fatigue, heartburn, tender breasts that might be swollen, morning sickness wherein you may have an upset stomach and may even end up vomiting, a lot of mood swings due to changes in hormones, constipation and so on. This week is said to be very important for the development of the heart of your baby as the heart starts separating into other changers and can start to pump blood in the 5th of week of pregnancy itself though this normally happens much later. There is a possibility that the egg that has been fertilized begins to develop outside the uterus in the fallopian tubes rather than inside the uterus and this is known as ectopic pregnancy. This is a serious complication and can have life threatening consequences if left undetected. However, this complication is very rare so not a major problem. You need to take extra care of yourself for the first few weeks of pregnancy as the growth and development of the baby happens in these stages.
