Some of the major fetal developments that take place around this time include – the baby’s skin becoming less red and wrinkled while skeleton will also harden. The toenails and fingernails will also have developed by this time. In the event you have a premature delivery and the child is born in the 34th week of your pregnancy, chances are that it will be all right, although it may need to be put on oxygen to aid breathing initially. No significant medical intervention is likely to be required.
