Loose or watery stools can evoke concern in just about anyone. However, loose stools during late pregnancy or the first trimester of pregnancy too, could cause any woman to worry excessively. Most women assume that loose stools in the first trimester are a result of problems with the embryo. However, there could be several factors that lead to loose stools during late pregnancy or during the first trimester. Some of the most common causes of loose stools are dietary changes, a fluctuation in the levels of hormones, increase in the consumption of water or fiber, other dietary changes & the incorporation of a prenatal fitness routine.

Unfortunately, there could also be some harmful conditions that lead to loose stools during late pregnancy or during any other stage of pregnancy.
