These days it is imperative for parents to impart pregnancy advice to their teenagers. In fact, pregnancy advice and safe sex should be dealt with even before a child becomes a teenager. A teenage girl can become pregnant due to a number of reasons. These include casual dating, long term relationships, or even rape. Teenage pregnancy occurs due to voluntary or involuntary sexual encounters. As the number of teen pregnancies rise, it is important for parents to tell their children about the effects of early sexual activities. Experts now feel that there is a wide range of services to support a pregnant teenager, both during and after the pregnancy. Contact your local authority for housing support if you are unable to continue to live with your family. Health advice for teens include receiving proper prenatal care while pregnant is important as inadequate prenatal care can lead to complications. Consult your doctor for a proper diet during pregnancy as well.
