How big is my baby at 7 weeks pregnant?

Most women who are pregnant with their first child often come up with various queries such as “how big is my baby at 7 weeks pregnant” or “can you feel the baby at 7 weeks pregnant?” and so on. To understand the development and size of the baby at 7 weeks pregnant one should understand that at this stage on the pregnancy the baby will start going through a growth spurt. The size of the baby at the start of the 7 weeks of pregnancy would be around 5mm but by the end of the week the baby would have grown to almost 11 or 133mm. The weight of baby at 7 weeks pregnant will also be almost 0.03 ounces and this weight will steadily increase as the baby continues to grow during the pregnancy. Those women who are curious if they can feel the baby at 7 weeks pregnant should keep in mind that at this stage of the pregnancy in some cases many women will not be displaying any physical signs of the pregnancy and on account of the tiny size of the baby they would also not be able to feel the movements of the baby if any. The baby at 7 weeks pregnant will have also developed arm and leg buds which will have segments wherein the feet and the hands will slowly start forming. The baby at 7 weeks pregnant will also have a heart that will be bulging from the body of the baby and this heart will have left and right chambers. When observed through an ultrasound, the lungs and the air passages of the baby are also clearly visible. The size of baby at 7 weeks pregnant will also gradually increase in size as the pancreas, appendix and abdomen of the baby will also be developing. At this stage of the pregnancy and even the rest of the pregnancy the pregnant women is encouraged to include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable sin their daily diet and also try and get as much rest as possible along with some light exercise. The baby at 7 weeks pregnant will also show some movements however these movements will be uncoordinated and even odd to observe. At this stage of the pregnancy along with the facial features the muscles systems of the baby also start growing rapidly till the baby reaches the delivery stage.
